Our Mission Statement and Values

Our Mission Statement

Our Mission Statement was created by all the school stakeholders; staff, pupils, parents and governors. It is reviewed every year to ensure we are living it out in the best way we can as a whole school family. The children evidence ways they have achieved the mission statament in books on their prayer tables in class. 

 

Here is our Mission Statement:

 

• We will always open our doors wide in welcome.
• We will always love and care for each other as Jesus taught us.
• We will always place the Word of God at the heart of our School.
• We will always worship God our Father.
• We will always be witnesses to Jesus Christ by following in his footsteps.

Our Values

Our values are based on the Beatitudes and help the children to see how they can put the Gospel Values into action in their own lives. Children are rewarded for demonstrating the values by special value stickers given by teachers. Values have also been celebrated in Award's Assembly by being a focus in the weekly Star of the Week Awards.
