Miss Quinn

Hello there! My name is Miss Quinn and I am the Year 5/6 Teacher at Saint Mary's school. I have worked in Saint Mary's since 2017 and I have loved every minute! I have been a primary school teacher for many years now and have taught Years 1,2,4,5 and 6!

I am the Music and English subject leader at Saint Mary's and love everything about these subjects! I lead choir in Keystage 2 and love to see children embrace music and feel happy! I received my degree in English Literature, which leads me to my second favourite subject that I lead in school- English! If writing is something you don't always enjoy, I promise you will love it by the end of my class! I love to teach all subjects at school and promise to make them as fun and as exciting as possible!

I also am the behaviour lead in school and work alongside school Prefects to ensure that our school behaviour mission is being followed and children in school feel safe, praised and celebrated!

In my free time I love to walk and spend time with my daughter Abigail as well as do DIY around my house and write poetry.

I can't wait to be your  teacher this year - it is going to be amazing! All I ask is that you try your best in everything and believe in yourself. Don't worry about making mistakes because this is all part of learning!
