    Our Kitchen

    Tracy, and her award-winning kitchen staff make nutritious and delicious food for our pupils as can be seen below:

    For our fussy eaters, the kitchen can even make sandwiches with a variety of fillings to choose from. Tracy often treats the pupils at special times of the year to some yummy home-made biscuits and cakes.

    The kitchen is run by Lancashire County Council.  They offer a varied and healthy menu, which is updated each term. Their most recent menus can be accessed here:

    Key Stage 1

    All children in Key Stage 1 have a free school meal. We encourage all pupils to take that up.

    It is still important to consider if you are entitled to Ever Free School Meals and Pupil Premium when your child starts school.  If eligible they will continue to receive a free school meal going into Key Stage 2.

    Key Stage 2

    Not all children in Key Stage 2 are entitled to a free school meal.  Those entitled to Ever Free School Meals and Pupil Premium will continue to have a free school meal in Key Stage 2. Those in Key Stage 2 not entitled to a free school meal can pay for one via the Eduspot app. Click HERE

    The cost is presently £3 per day.
